Dining at Posh in Scottsdale is a real treat/learning experience. Improvisational cuisine is a thrill and a surprise on many levels. Watching the chefs right at the counter is fun. Every dish is different, a tasting size, created from ingredients fresh in the kitchen. The menu lists various exotic meats and asks you to eliminate those you do not care to include. A choice of wine parings is offered as an option. They asked me as a lacto ovo vegetarian if I would eat a goose egg. It was delicious. All the courses were brilliant, with so much exotic flavor that it was hard to believe there could be more to come. Each of the 7 courses we ordered continued to delight and surprise non stop. Finally they send you home with a tiny package of delicious toffee and biscotti bites to go.
